Josh Ciampini
Josh is head of Operational Excellence at Logile, where he helps retailers design programs to improve operating effectiveness and customer experience. He earned his BSIE in 2007 from the University of Pittsburgh and has held various roles within IISE including Communications Chair, Programs Chair, and most recently the Advisory Board. Josh also serves on Slippery Rock University’s Industrial Engineering Advisory Board. He enjoys traveling, college athletics, craft beer, and studying history. He resides in Murrysville.
John Migliozzi
John is a Portfolio Business Architect at FedEx Ground, where he helps to break down strategic initiatives into actionable development work in line with a broader architectural strategy. He earned a BSIE from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012 and a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017. Prior to joining the Pittsburgh chapter of IISE, John held leadership positions in the Pitt Student Chapter and the Milwaukee Professional Chapter. Most recently, he served as the President of the Pittsburgh chapter in 2020. John can often be found running or biking around Squirrel Hill with his wife Danielle. He also enjoys traveling, photography, and tinkering with computers.
Chris Mensah
Chris is a Clinical Improvement Specialist with UPMC. He earned his BSIE and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010 & 2015 respectively. Chris has been a member of IISE since 2009 and has previously held the roles of Communications Chair, Vice President, and President. He enjoys reading and listening to people and groups such as Malcom Gladwell, HBR IdeaCast, and Freakonomics. He lives with his fiance in Penn Hills.
Chris Hritz
Chris is a Manager in the Cross OpCo Coordination Group at FedEx. He earned his BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Youngstown State University in 2006, where he was also the IISE student chapter President during his senior year. As a professional chapter member, Chris has held the roles of Community Affairs Chair, Vice President and President. He lives in Dormont with his wife and pet beagle, and in his spare time enjoys golfing, cooking and spending time in the Allegheny National Forest.
